The valet stand - with its human-like form and features - has the potential to do that,’ says Samuel Chan. ‘Bunter’ features a dressing mirror, a hinged box for watches and accessories, a jacket and trouser hanger, and a platform for shoes. Made out of solid American black walnut, the piece boasts classic craft details including visible finger joints, marquetry and hand-carved shapes. J+J 'Special Editions' is a small collection of fine furniture pieces, expressing original design thinking and detailed to show the maker's handcraft at its best and most exacting.
